Open call for 8 participants from Italy to join the upcoming Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Active Life, Active Future" which will be organized by "FI Gesundheits- und Sportverein" in Klagenfurt, Austria from 2-8 May 2024. This project is has been accepted by Austrian National Agency (OEAD) and co-funded by Erasmus+ Program of the European Union.
About the Project
"Active Life, Active Future" project is a 5 days project aims to help young people develop themselves and become individuals who are beneficial to society. Sport helps young people to improve their physical health. The project will enable the participants to form habits of practicing sports and encourage them to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Team sports and youth activities will help build social bonds among young people. It will help young people to build friendships by doing sports together. Sport will help to increase the self-confidence of individuals. Sport will help participants from different countries to promote cooperation.
The project objectives
- To encourage participants to understand the benefits of sport and learn how sport can add value to their lives,
- To enable young people to increase their intercultural understanding, learn about different cultures and build bridges between people,
- Sport will offer participants the experience of taking responsibility, achieving goals and being disciplined.
- To ensure that young people can be rehabilitated through sports in the presence of the problems they face and thus be included in the society.

During the mobility all expenses such as accommodation, catering, training, etc will be %100 covered by program.

Participants will be accommodated at 3 starts hotel which is located in serene countryside surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of city life and traffic, lies Pension Piovesan. Situated in close proximity to Lake Faak, the hotel offers a tranquil and child-friendly environment.
- The hotel comprises 25 rooms and 2 apartments, each featuring balconies for guests to enjoy. Room options are Twin, Double, Triple, and Quadruple Room. Comfortably furnished, the rooms are equipped with modern amenities including shower/WC, satellite TV, and WiFi. It is located between the majestic Karawanken mountain range and the picturesque Lake Faak, which makes it a unique location that provides breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
- The breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at hotel restaurant.
- Real cost of travel will be reimbursed up to 275 EUR for
participants from Italy, there is 45 EUR for green travel.
- Reimbursement of your travel costs can only be done upon submitting ALL the original tickets, invoices, boarding passes etc. Please keep them.
