Youth Exchange "One-Project" in Bursa, Turkiye

Open call for participants from Italy to join Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "One-Project" in Bursa, Turkiye from 11-19 November 2023.This project has been funded with the support from the European Union.

About the Project

"ONE-Project" is a youth exchange connected by a year of creative local youth work for up to 120 young people from five countries. It lies at the epicenter of the ONE-Campaign: a Europe-wide participate grassroots project on the political education of young people through youth- and pop-cultural media work, running over 2 years. ONE understands itself as a platform that enables young people all over the continent to join each other and express the believe that society is united in a fundamental level, even if we are separated people. The project is a vivid learning opportunity for to improve the language skills, key- competences, intercultural transnational experiences, artistic methods and to make friends from many countries. 

The project priorities are:

- New innovative Curricula/Educational Methods/Development Of Training Courses

- International Cooperation, international Relations, Development Cooperation

- EU Citizenship, EU Awareness And Democracy

 

Financial Conditions and Benefits

During the mobility all expenses such as accommodation, catering, training etc will be %100 covered by program.

- Participants will be accommodated at LEO SUITES Hotel in Bursa, Turkiye. The participants will stay in double and triple rooms based on same gender.

- Each room has it’s own bathroom and toilet. 

- The free WiFi is available

- The breakfast will be served at hotel restaurant. The lunch and dinner will be served at outside restaurant.

- Towels, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

- All kind of alcohol and smoking are prohibited indoor areas.

- The drug is a crime and prohibited in the country itself.

- Real cost of travel will be reimbursed up to 275 EUR for participants from Italy. 

- Reimbursement of your travel costs can only be done upon submitting ALL the original tickets, invoices, boarding passes etc. Please keep them. 

- Youthpass certificate to enrich your CV.

 

Eligibility

 

- You are Italian or legal resident in Italy.

 

- Aged between 18 - 29 years, There is No age limit for Team leader.

 

- Participants should have interest and talent in art, to be interested to use it art expressions as a tool for political education, active citizenship and social inclusion. (theater, circus, video, comic, stage design or music).

- The group leaders are those who has experience in youth work and familiar with Erasmus+ project concept.

 

- Participants should have a good command of English.

 

- Ready to do the follow-up activity after finishing the project.

What to Bring?

 

- All the participants coming from the EU countries should bring their European Health Card. They can use the free European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to allow cover private health care, non- emergency health costs, or being flown back to your home country. 

 

- Your Passport / National ID / Residence permit for non- EU citizens

 

- Winter Clothes.

 

- Coat, Slipper, Sneakers, Towels, tooth paste and tooth brush.

 

- Personal medicine, Cosmetics, mosquito repellent.

 

- National / Traditional food, drinks, clothes, music or other things of your country you would like to present/ show for intercultural evenings.

 

- Music, games, photos and other are also welcome.

 

- Some sport / casual clothes as well, as You can for the Energizers.

 

- Positive energy and open-minded attitude.

Arrival day: 11th of November 2023

 

Departure Day: 19th of November 2023

 

 

Extra Days

 

Participants are allowed to arrive and depart 3 days before/after the mobility dates by covering their own expenses outside the mobility dates. During the mobility all expenses are covered.

 

How to get Project Venue?

- For Italian participants, it will be better to fly to Istanbul, then there are Shuttle vehicles are titled BURULAS from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport and Istanbul Airport to Bursa Terminal Directly. The Sabiha Gokcen Airport is recommended, it is more nearby to the Bursa. However, it is possible to reach Bursa from both airport in Istanbul. You need to find “BURULAS” office and buy ticket, the bus will directy take you to the BURSA BUS STATION.

 

- From the terminal Yellow Municipal Bus, No. H1 is coming nearby to the hotel. The bus station name you should get off is “Üçoluk Caddesi”

Rules and procedures
 

- All the participants will be expected to be present and active in all the activities.

- Unauthorized absence from the activities and workshops won‘t be tolerated.

- Respect the common areas and leave them clean.

- Be on time every session.

- Respect the schedule.

- Don't disturb after midnight.

- Any lack of respect among participants and staff won't be tolerated.

- Stress, nerves and bad mood is prohibited everywhere. Bring your best mood and big smile with you and keep it through the Exchange! Prepare for fun!

Safety and Covid-19

 

In our activities we support the principle of a safer space, where no-one is discriminated or bullied because of their background or person. We want you to respect the same principle.

We are closely monitoring the situation with Covid-19 and will take all measures necessary for the safeness of participants. In order to apply you should familiarize yourself with the Covid-19 rules when traveling to Turkiye.
