Mobility of young people " Theraby and Creativity with Art ". The project will organised by Sanat ve Oyun Terapi Atölyesi in Akçay, Edremit Balıkesir, TURKEY.

 About Akçay 

Akçay  is a municipality in the Edremit district of Balıkesir Province in western Turkey. It is located in the Edremit Bay at the coast of north-eastern Aegean Sea, across the Greek island Lesbos. Akçay is 10 km west of Edremit on the highway D560 (E-87) to Altınoluk. With its long beach and clear sea, it is a highly popular summer resort for domestic tourists. Its population grows around tenfold in the summer season. The very cool groundwater running into the sea keeps the sea fresh all summer long.

Akçay has a mild climate in summer months; it is warm and dry, which makes it very attractive for tourists who prefer a low-key vacation without the crowdedness and the humid weather of the southern vacation resorts such as Antalya and Bodrum.

Project Aims

- Past experiences; to revive and restore memories through images

- Increase integration and functionality through expression of internal conflicts (fears, inadequacies,worthlessness, feelings of anger, guilt and embarrassment, etc.), ie unacceptable suppressed ordivided unacceptable parts.

- Helping the participants to gain awareness about their thoughts and relax by expressing their emotions.

- Begin to free from accumulated negative emotional burdens (without catheter) and provide noncathodic / emotional discharge.

- To contribute to the development of communication skills through symbolic language.

- Creativity and aesthetic experience; discover as a way of personal change, healing and development.

- Use as a means of communication.

- To benefit from art and creative features of the individual in order to achieve externalization, concretization and permanen

 

Eligibility

 

- You are Italian or resident in Italy.

 

- Aged between 17 - 30 years, There is No age limit for Team leader.

 

- Have a good Command of English Language.

 

- Able to work in a team, responsible, flexible and motivated by this project.

- Able to attend the full duration of the project.

Spain - Portugal - Romania - Italy - Russia - North Macedonia

There will be 6 participants from Each Country.

 

Finance and Benefits

 

- Your Travel Expenses will be reimbursed up to 275 EUR for Round trip.

- You will be accommodated in shared rooms.

- You will get 3 meals and 1 coffee break per day.

- Project Material will be provided by host organisation.

 

 

What to Bring?

 

- All the participants coming from the EU should bring their European Health Card. They can use the free European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to allow cover private health care, non- emergency health costs, or being flown back to your home country.

- Coat, Slipper, Sneakers, Towels

- Personal medicine, Cosmetics, mosquito repellent

- National / Traditional food, drinks, clothes, music or other Things of your country you would like to present/ show for intercultural evenings

EXTRA DAYS

 

Following the guidelines of the Erasmus+ Programme, the trip must be made by participants within a maximum of 4 days from the project dates (arrival is maximum
2 days). (arrival maximum 2 days before the project and departure maximum 2 days after the project). During the additional days, participants must cover all their
expenses, such as accommodation, food, etc.

-The nearest Airport to Edremit / Korfez Airport ( just one hour from Istanbul Airport)

- Afrer arrival in Edremit You can take Bus ( Kamil Koc ) to arrive Akcay in 8 mins. Or you Can take Bus ( Metro Turizm ) to arrive
