Youth Exchange " Don't be Addicted to Technology " in Riga, Latvia

Do you suffer from technology addiction? Do you think that technology has a negative impact on your life and you spend most of your time in technology? Then this project would be perfect for you. Youth Exchange Project" Don't be Addicted to Techonolgy" in Riga, Latvia for youth based in Italy and another countries. This project will be organized by Over Latvia Organisation in Riga, Latvia.

Aims of the project

- To analyze the underlying reasons for innovation dependency.

- To Create and expand lawful procedures  reequired to stop modern technology dependency.

- To enable young people to create recognition on a worldwide concern such as technology dependcy.

- To introduce short articles of law towards transforming the material that is not socially helpful in mass media which establishes in parallel with innovation addiction.

- To raise understanding by education young people about these components.

- To boost creativity and questioning skills sustaining individuals to flight discrimination and prejudice.

- To Contribute to the voluntary events of youngsters.

Eligibility

 

- You are Italian or resident in Italy.

 

- Aged between 18 - 30 years.

 

- Have a good Command of English Language.

 

- Able to work in a team, responsible, flexible and motivated by this project.

- Able to attend the full duration of the project.

 

 

Partner countries

 

Poland - Turkey - Slovakia - Italy - North Macedonia

There will be 10 participants from Each Country.

Finance and Benefits

- Your Travel Expenses will be reimbursed up to 275 EUR for Round trip.

- You will be accommodated in shared rooms at the hotel.

- You will get 3 meals and 2 coffee breaks per day.

- Project Material will be provided by host organisation.

 

 

What to Bring?

 

- Your Passport / National ID

 

- you are very welcomed and invited to bring some specialties from your country or region (food, drinks, candies...- ) In order to organize a specialty evening and some tasty intercultural learning.

- Music, games, photos and other are also welcome.

- some sport / casual clothes as well, as You can.

In our activities we support the principle of a safer space, where no-one is discriminated or bullied because of their background or person. We want you to respect the same principle.
